Rongai is an urgan centre located in Nakuru county Kenya in Rongai constituency; it is situated thrity kilometers to western part of Nakuru town along Nakuru-Eldoret road and along the railway line from Nakuru to Uganda. It is also located about 15 kilometers eastern part of Molo town and 10 kilometers towards northern part of Elburgon.
It lies at an altitude of about 1912 meters (6272 ft.) above the sea level. According to the country census data 2009; the town had a population of 2225 people.
